6.18.10 Brags, Grats, Desires

My intent with these mostly-weekly brags, grats, and desires is that you join me and as a community we lift one another up by sharing where we’re rockin’, thankin’, and open to receive even more! The full explanation is here.

I brag that:

-          I’m practicing yoga just about every morning in the sweet studio we built for that purpose (having moved through a lot of resistance to fully inhabiting my own sacred space)

-          I have taken great care of myself this week through having a cold

-          I am doing deeply inspiring work with my clients, they are making beautiful changes, and it’s easy and fun for me

-          Sara and I are making excellent changes in our business that make us happier every day

-          Kurt and I are hand-building a beautiful rock patio and wee wall-terrace in our backyard

-          Cooper is demanding “couch!” which means snuggle time with mommy, every day, and I love it

-          This new shorter curly haircut is really working; I get comments all the time… I’m finally featuring my curls, and it’s easy!

I’m thankful for:

-          Knowing what I came here to do and getting to do it

-          My sweet yummy relationship with the Divine

-          My hilarious and generous husband

-          My business partner and amazing colleagues who support me so deeply

-          My coach who rocks my world time and again

-          The sunshine that is growing our baby grass sprouts into an honest-to-goodness lawn

-          My beloved family, including the delight of seeing my parents this week – especially seeing the love-fest between Cooper and them

I desire:

-          An exquisite solution to the geyser in the Gulf – and a lot of enlightenment for us all, coming out of this experience

-          The fathers in my life and in the world to know how precious they are this Father’s Day and always

-          A new client who wants to make a huge change in how she relates to relationship (finding one or keeping or enjoying the one she has)

-          A fun new sundress or two (please say it’s going to get warm in Seattle?!)
